Digital Labels & printings
At Multipress, we produce digital labels using UV inkjet technology. This solution is designed for brands that expect high print quality, flexibility and efficient production launch — without the need to prepare traditional printing plates.
Digital technology enables precise reproduction of graphics, intense colours, smooth tonal transitions and fine details. Designs printed on glossy substrates are particularly striking, as the colours gain greater depth and the reflected light further enhances the character of the artwork.
UV inkjet technology can also give the print a subtly tactile structure. In areas with higher ink coverage — for example on lettering, logos or selected graphic elements — the surface may be slightly raised. As a result, the print does not appear completely flat, while selected details become more noticeable both visually and to the touch.
Applications of digital labels
Digital printing is particularly suitable for projects where flexibility, the possibility of producing several graphic versions and a fast production launch are important.
Digital labels can be used for:
- short and medium production runs,
- seasonal and limited editions,
- one-off promotional campaigns,
- prototypes and sales samples,
- testing new graphic designs,
- personalised labels,
- several graphic versions within a single order,
- different language versions,
- projects requiring a fast production launch,
- print runs where flexibility and the elimination of printing plate preparation costs are important.
Digital labels with embellishment
A label is one of the most important elements of product communication. It conveys essential information, but it also influences the first impression, the appearance of the packaging and the way the brand is perceived.
For projects requiring a more distinctive or elegant finish, digital printing can be combined with carefully selected embellishments. Screen printing, hot stamping or the use of a special substrate can highlight selected elements of the design, such as the logo, product name, ornaments or graphic details.
This combination can enhance the visual appeal of the label, help the product stand out on the shelf and give the packaging a more distinctive or premium character.
Combining digital printing with special finishes is an effective solution for brands that want to produce short and medium runs without compromising on print quality, attractive colours or refined details.
